Useful information for your holiday
To follow, we have listed the more important notes worth knowing for booking a stay at the Glieshof.
Tourist tax
The prices indicated do not include the tourist tax equal to € 3.20 per person per day (from 14 years upwards)
The tourist tax is charged on departure and is indicated separately on the receipt.
Short stay
For short stays of 2 nights, a supplement of € 5 is charged, from Sunday to Friday, and € 10, from Friday to Sunday, per person per night
Room with breakfast
Room with breakfast (without half board) is available on request
Supplement single room
The supplement for the use of a double room for single occupancy amounts to € 40 per day.
Children prices
Children prices are calculated:
- up to 2.99 years: € 30 per night (fixed rate)
- 3–10.99 years: 50 % discount on the half-board rate
- 11–15 years: 30 % discount on the half-board rate
Booking
N.B. The booking becomes binding on payment of a holding deposit (booking guarantee) and the sending of the booking confirmation. In case of cancellation, late arrival or early departure, the deposit will be withheld in full. The cancellation of a room, must therefore be communicated in writing
Domestic animals
Domestic animals are allowed in the rooms prior to confirmation. The supplement amounts to € 22 per day (excluding food).
E-charging stations
There are 4 charging stations for electric cars available for an extra charge.
Lake Resia Guest Pass
From May to October, discovering South Tyrol is even more fun: with this guest card, you can use all public transport in the province free of charge and without time restrictions during your stay and also benefit from discounts at various attractions.
Conditions of cancellation
Although a right of withdrawal of the Consumers act does not exist, the following conditions of cancellation are guaranteed:
Valid for stays until 31 July:
- Cancellation within 7 days is free of charge.
- From 6 to 1 day before arrival or in case of early departure 70% of the total price will be charged.
- In case of no-show 90% of the total price will be charged.
Valid for stays after 31 July:
- Cancellation within 30 days are free of charge.
- From 30 to 7 days before arrival or in case of early departure 70% of the total price will be charged.
- From 7 to 0 days before arrival or in case of no-show 90% of the total price will be charged.

Travel insurance
To avoid any eventual cancellation costs, we recommend you undertake a Hogast travel insurance policy.
