We bring the art of sauna from the far north to South Tyrol, because a wellness experience without a visit to the Finnish sauna is almost unthinkable. At temperatures above 85°C with low humidity, toxins are eliminated and the body relaxes.
The scent of local Alpine herbs envelops your senses as soon as you enter our organic herbal sauna. Precious essential oils have a soothing effect on body and soul during this gentle sauna session at lower temperatures and inspire you to dream.
Moderate temperatures and humidity levels of almost 100% make the Turkish bath a treat for the whole body. The hot steam opens the pores of the skin and improves blood circulation. A visit to the steam bath also has a positive effect on the respiratory tract.
