The dedicated kitchen team led by chefs Paolo and Alam will spoil you every day with South Tyrolean specialities made from regional, seasonal and fresh ingredients. Italian and international dishes are also creatively presented, making your gourmet holiday at Glieshof a culinary experience.
We are also happy to welcome day guests to our restaurant in Val Venosta. Between 12:00 and 14:00 we serve hot meals and in the afternoon we offer cakes, coffee and ice cream.
